This is the release which was issued in a gatefold sleeve which includes photo's by Steve Jansen. The release distributed in a single sleeve ([r=204191]) is much harder to find.There is also a 'Jukebox Edition' ([r=1847206]) with blue injection moulded labels and large centre hole, some which were supplied in plain sleeves.
