Original UK release in a fully laminated sleeve with pinched spine endings, printed by Robert Stace, including a paper insert with credits/photos printed on one side only by Senol Printing Ltd..Dark blue Decca labels with typo in B1 publishing, appearing as "C. Contorol" instead of "C. Control". This was corrected on later issues.
Polylined standard Decca inner sleeve.
First & 2nd cat.# on cover & insert, 3rd & 4th on labels.
