International compilation featuring American and Japanese noise, experimental, garage and lo-fi, junk bands. Assembled back in 1996 by an american expat publishing a zine witnessing the dynamic Osaka underground scene, this CD was sold cheap and serves both purposes of an audio fanzine or an underground radio show captured on CD, most of the bands featured here are pretty diverse, obscure and sometimes difficult to some ears... The archive contains all the 25 songs and the 16 page booklet including band bios and pictures, more info and some excerpts of the Exile Osaka Fanzine.
