Originally released in 1975 in 100 copies.Replica reissue in 427 copies, single sleeve with reverse cover (what is normally the rear sleeve with credits and notes is on the front).
At the bottom right of back cover there is a slanting piece of type which says: "HOLYGROUND IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES ORGANISATION this cover is for left-handed people"
This only appears on the reissue.
