- Made In England- The catalogue number on the spine of the box is: SM 137/142.
- Poly-lined Inners with British Patent No. 800513, 973939, 1,125,555.
- Includes a gatefold info sheet with photos, information and tracklisting.
- The individual LPs within the box all have their own catalog numbers, from SM 137 to SM 142.
- LPs 137/138/139 are "Electronically Reprocessed for Stereo Reproduction", meaning the original mono recordings were enhanced using Capitol Record's "Duophonic Process", a process referred to in the gatefold literature.
- No release date mentioned. The release date of 1968 is definitive, based on product appraisal by German and Luxembourgish vinyl dealers and open-source research of listed matrix/runout codes and product information contained in alternative markets. These multiple sources consider the '1G' stamp pressed on the interior runout of the codes, with the all-black LP cover labels, to be a first run/edition pressing of the release prior to the addition of the yellow LP cover labels and multi-colored striped containers introduced during subsequent LP releases in 1969 and 1971.
