This ID is for the first label variation, with LC 0149 for CBS (after the introduction of the Label Code system in 1977), 33 1/3 RPM over Stereo on label at 9 o'clock with no arrow, larger typeface for catalogue number on label at 3 o'clock.This label redesign appears to be on copies with the matrix A6/B6.
