Label layout without JT credits on the bottom (released right after the one including JT)."Ten Years After Undead" Recorded "Live" at Klooks Kleek, Railway Hotel, West Hampstead, London NW 6.
On the label the writer's credits for A1 go to the whole band.
Tracks B2 and B3 are not separated on the disc.
Released on a red and white Deram label with black print in a sleeve laminated on the front only.
Also released in mono (# DML 1023).
Some copies come with a ''Isle of Wight'' sticker.
