This label version has dark green apple on side A and C, white apple on side B and D.Has raised title and one to six digit embossed colourless individual copy number (beginning with '№ ', old style type) in lower right hand corner on front cover. Circular golden sticker attached to front cover: "Deutscher Schallplattenpreis / gestiftet vom fono forum" (German Record Award / endowed by fono forum [monthly magazine for classical and jazz music]).
